Great for restless legs I have THE worst restless legs, and I haven’t had a problem at nighttime since getting this blanket. I like to fold it in half a few times and put it over my legs for more weight. Boyfriend has noticed I’ve stopped kicking too.

Helps my pregnant girlfriend sleep great! She had a weighted blanket that worked okay but the weight would be unevenly distributed. She needs some kind of pressure on her to sleep well and I just don’t cut it I guess 😉 her sleep score was the best yet after using it once! It evenly provides pressure and works as designed! I didn’t get the color I ordered(Coral) but luckily it still matches the bed spread.
